Why do I need to Pre Order?
Pre Ordering items makes sure that you are one of the first to receive the items as soon as they are released. Unfortunately some things do happen that are out of our control such as items arriving damaged which we will endeavour to rectify as soon as possible and keep you updated on progress if the worst should happen.
When will I receive my full order?
Please see the approximate date in the name of the item you are wanting to pre order. Please note that the approximate dates on items are by no means the exact date we will receive items, just a rough guide as to when we SHOULD be receiving the items. However, please take note that during these times some items may be delayed and we cannot give an exact date until we have received one ourselves. Once the items have been received by us they will be the first to be packaged and sent out, usually 2nd class with Royal Mail which takes 2-3 business days.
If you order both in stock and pre ordered items we will hold your items until they are all in stock for us to send out together. Similarly, if you have ordered pre ordered items that are arriving at different times then we will wait until all have arrived to send them out to you. Should you want to receive items as and when they come into stock, we ask you meet the additional postal costs by ordering in stock items seperately to pre order items or items arriving at similar times together.
Why are some items released before others?
Unfortunately some suppliers do not release all of their items in one go. Maileg, for instance, release their Fall collection over several months. This means that we will receive several smaller deliveries of pre ordered items rather than wait until just before Christmas to receive everything at once so you can receive your loveliness sooner rather than later. This does mean however that we may have to wait slightly longer for a few items to come into stock before they are sent to us.
Can I change anything on my order?
Yes, we can add anything into your order until we package up your item and send it to you. However, if you wish to cancel and/or remove something from your pre order we require a weeks notice before the approximate date of arrival on the item you have ordered.
We like to make sure that all items are great quality and we check everything that comes in to us. If an item that you have pre ordered arrives damaged/missing we will contact the company immediately to rectify the situation. Replacements may be sent out with the next order we receive which would mean another wait for your item, however if you do not wish to wait we can give you a full refund. You will be kept informed and updated if this should happen.
