Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel purchases made online from when you place your order through to fourteen days after receiving the goods. If you choose to cancel your order before we have despatched the goods, we will refund your payment through the payment processor you used within fourteen days.

If we have already despatched the goods, you must return the items in re sellable condition to our business address: Homebird House, 4 St Helens Square, Scarborough YO11 1EU. You will receive a refund within fourteen days of us receiving the returned goods for the cost of the goods only and you will have to pay for the return postage. If the item is deemed faulty the cost of postage will also be addressed, you will need to provide proof of postage, we recommend items are sent via recorded delivery as items lost by the courier will need to be claimed by the sender.
Please Note: If the item has been used and the item is not damaged or faulty we reserve the right to refuse refunds. (Specific to items with a prolonged life span, i.e bulbs, paint, fairy lights, soaps etc.)
Bespoke pictures: If you have ordered a bespoke picture, we will give a full refund if we have not yet started the work. As it is a personalised item, we cannot refund once we have started the work. Please note that you are liable for any errors found after you have approved the proof.
